Dates for your diary for planning inspections

We’ve been made aware that the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning will shortly be contacting some immediate neighbours of the Railpen-owned, Beehive Centre in Cambridge, to ask if the Planning Inspectorate can have access to their property.

The visit will take place at some time during the Inquiry period of 24 June 2025 and 3 July 2025, probably on 3 July - to be confirmed. If you’ve been part of the surveys that took place earlier this year, you’re almost certainly going to be asked, so you may wish to keep the dates free. This visit will form a significant part of the case and the decision by the Planning Inspector.
